Hello! By submitting a guess to the ghost in the corner competition, you have reached the first secret page: Guesses.txt. // BORING HTML INFORMATION // Originally, this was supposed to be a place where the guesses from the ghost in the competition would get stored - written down, on my side, not viewable to the website visitor. Unfortunately, it seems, at least at my skill level, storing inputted text to a .txt file is impossible using Neocities. You would have to use a .php file, another thing I don't understand, and Neocities doesn't support those. I have the HTML and CSS skills of a four year old. That's why this website looks like hot ass. I looked at the code that I would have needed to have typed and understood to follow the tutorial I found on Stack Overflow, and I nearly ran myself into a wall. Here's some more things that I wanted to include but that didn't work / I couldn't figure out: - A timer counting down to when we were next live. I used a website that made the code for me, but when placing it in it didn't appear. - A real time clock that would change the "prolly not" on the Are We Live? page to Yes whenever the time came that we actually were live. This one didn't show either. - Other little things. // BORING HTML INFORMATION OVER // It's such a shame that the funny answer you spent all of 3 seconds thinking of will never be seen. However, if you see this, and you want to submit your guess anyway, you could always dm it to @thegroovyhelpline on instagram to ensure I get it. There are more secret pages, but this is the only one that's a .txt file. All the rest are html pages findable throughout the website.
